Almost 100% of the time my order has been wrong at this location. I really like giving a local business my money but it’s getting a little ridiculous. I understand they’re busy and the staff is young but it just feels like this issue hasn’t been addressed. Hoping next time is the charm.
I was at the Culver’s in Waukesha on Grandview this last Friday evening, it was very busy. I was immediately impressed by the amount of staff that was there ready to serve. This was a young staff, and they were attentive, professional, and proactive in reaching out to customers to see if they had been helped or needed anything. Nice to know you have signs posted all over the place for a mask, but you have management too afraid to say anything to those who openly refuse to wear one. Not to mention, you had staff insulting a person with a food allergy.

Culver's is a restaurant known for its good food, including butter burgers, cheese curds, custard, fish sandwiches, and chicken sandwiches. The breaded cheese curds are a must. The custard is some of the best. The food is top notch. The managers and staff are noted for being nice and accommodating to customers with dietary restrictions. The service is fast and the people there are incredible. The atmosphere is great, clean environment, and bathrooms. Parking can be filled up. For a fast food chain, Culver's is among the best. This location seems to always have very good and friendly staff. Under normal work loads they are competently efficient. The restaurant's response time is quick, but there have been complaints about food not being warm enough and the fries being undercooked. Despite these issues, the taste of the fries was found to be good.
