Worker Aileen E. Has outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond with her friendliness. It by far has been the best customer service I have ever received at any Panda Express. Shout out to Aileen. I was in management for over 15 years and I hope the panda management team recognizes you! The food did not taste very good this time, but the service of Aileen made me over look the quality of the food.
Ordered takeout about two hours before closing, and unfortunately they were out of almost everything I wanted to order. I know it's close to closing time, but I was surprised there wasn't more available with a couple of hours still left. Hopefully it was just an off day—I'll give them another try at lunch sometime and see if the experience is better!
