This Dunkin is my Waukesha oasis. I go to this Dunkin when I need a break from the pressures of work, parenting, and other adult responsibilities. If I'm at this Dunkin, I'm probably about to lose my ever loving mind and their coffee is about to heal my soul.

When I show up here, my hair is a mess, I probably have bags under my eyes, and I might have even shown up to the drive through in my slippers. And you, kind person handing me my coffee, have...

Every time I come here they have everything ready for me as I walk in the door. The customer service is great. Favorite location I have been to. I told the person I would have to come back in to grab the rest of the coffees because ai bought a lot. He told me I'll bring some out to your car. Amazing customer service.

I know it was at the end of the day when I was there. I was disappointed with the freshness of the donuts I bought. The girl did say she had fresh glazed in the back. This has not been the first time I have bought from this store to find the frosted ones were dry and firm.
