I have to apologize, I had a question about my drive thru order and I rushed the staff to respond to me walking in because I had people waiting for me in the car. I got my questions answered promptly and courteously, left and then the person driving with me say in the lot longer responding to a text. So, thank you for your excellent customer service. I think we as customers need to do better by the staff who are doing the best they can!
The experience at the ordering desk was confused by the drive through lady telling me to use the kiosk and then saying she can help take an order but she's supposed to only work drive thru, we're all important customers and none of us want to put humans out of business with machines. Get it together taco bell.
Fix your app! Ordering sucks! I couldn't add my favorites and items lock in the bag and we can't remove them without getting kicked out and then they still don't go away. So when you order more food it stays there with double of everything
