This food truck was parked outside of North Pillar Brewing in Waukesha for a fundraiser we attended. It was a bitter cold night, so the truck just outside of the front entrance was helpful. We ordered by text and were to be texted back when our food was ready. After 45 minutes we went outside to find out if we had missed our text, but no, the food was still not ready. After 75 minutes we got our text, and the food was on flimsy plates with no covers, so carrying them back inside...
Any day is a good day to visit Guanajuato Mix, they have so many yummy options. But, if you’re looking for the best birria (I’ve tried a lot), check them out Fridays or Saturdays. Their special comes with consome and a drink (i love their horchata and they have other agua freaca) They don’t judge if you have to one of the quesabirria tacos before you drive away…I do 😂 see y’all as soon as I’m in town!
