We went to Travieso Latin Fusion for a birthday celebration dinner tonight. We started with the Mischief Margarita and the monthly Community Cocktail. They were both SUBURB! We then had the chorizo stuffed mushrooms and the cheddar biscuits (which was technically a side dish but we ordered it as a starter). They were both very flavorful and exquisite! This restaurant seems to be a secret gem in Waukesha for Sunday brunch! We took my 91 year-old mom there for her birthday and the place never filled up. Where is everybody? Every single item we ordered on the menu was exquisitely prepared and delicious! Gourmet food for very reasonable prices. Our servers were delightful and attentive. Being at the five points in downtown Waukesha makes it also an historic experience with bright large windows looking out at buildings of yesteryear....
