I had a thank you written up for local businesses who donated to the WTC and wanted to put it in the Waunakee Tribune, unfortunately it costs over $200 to do so - defeats the purpose of collecting the donations! So please help me spread the word and show appreciation to these local business. Thank you!!!

I love the positive attitude and customer service I receive every time I visit DD in Waunakee. Shout out to employee Madison for always making my day a little brighter!
Food is not the best. Donuts are good. Coffee isnt my favorite, but others may like!

Dunkin' is a popular coffee and donut shop that offers a cheerful and friendly atmosphere. The staff is known for their excellent customer service, often going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Whether customers are grabbing a quick drive-through order or enjoying a leisurely in-store visit, the employees strive to provide a smooth and efficient experience. Customers appreciate the speedy service, accurate orders, and the availability of seasonal favorites like pumpkin donuts. The location is often busy, but the staff does a great job staying efficient and friendly, even when managing a crowd. They greet everyone with a smile and are very polite. The drive-thru adds extra convenience, making it a favorite spot for daily visits. The shop also offers more kid-friendly options than most coffee shops in the area, which makes it a popular choice for families. Despite some busy moments and occasional noise, the staff quickly handles any issues and sometimes provides complimentary items to make up for any inconvenience. Overall, the team works hard to create a welcoming environment, and many customers highly recommend visiting this Dunkin'.
