“It was clear they were incredibly understaffed tonight 9/14/2024, despite this they were incredibly courteous. And proficient. The food was probably the best I have had from the waupaca,wi location. Whoever the employees were between 5:37p.m. and 6:10p.m. not only deserve a raise, but a bonus in the amount of what it would have cost in labor to properly staff the store. I will be forwarding a similar message to corporate as well as I am sure they will have little difficulty looking at labor records to discover who these incredible employees were, and hopefully they get compensated appropriately.“

“I was in need of a birthday cake. Not sure where to find a fresh birthday cake in Waupaca without ordering way in advance. I stopped at this DQ on August 19th at noonish. The gentlemen working gave me excellent and prompt customer service. They were attentive, polite and seemed to have a great work ethic, taking pride in their jobs. Rare in this day and age. There was a large selection of cakes to choose from. These gentlemen personalized my cake beautifully and professionally. The cake was delicious!“

“I've only gone through the drive through so I can't rate the atmosphere, and I've only gotten the Impossible Whopper. It's made fresh every single time, yes that means you have to wait longer but what's a couple extra minutes for a fresh meal? I've been 6 times at the time of this review and only one time was there a mistake with a new employee being trained. I was told my sandwich was being remade and it was a longer wait-- I appreciate the communication! The employees here have been nothing but friendly to me and I can't even imagine what kind of horrible people these 1 star reviewers must be to have the kind of experiences they describe. Dont come here if you're in a hurry, or a jerk. Otherwise I'm sure you'll have a good experience!

“We usually use the app and have it brought out to the car or run in to grab it. Twice something was missing but mistakes happen, not a big deal. The sandwiches have always been made correctly. They haven't ever been "sloppy" or "skimped" in any area. Everything has been fresh, good and done on time. :)“
