I am a regular using the drive through ordering an ice coffee with quite a few ingredients in it. If I happen to forget one, They recognize my voice And remind me about the Ingredient that I have missed. I have always found them to be very Friendly And helpful.
Reviews seem to be mixed for this Dunkin' but I have stopped here once per week for the last month and have always had a positive experience. The person taking the order has always been friendly and had a smile. The orders have always been fast. No complaints.

I mostly use drive thru but did have the chance to sit inside with friends. I found it odd that the staff member had their child there while he was working. Making her all different kinds of drinks. While he was friendly enough, appearance was sloppy. Good coffee, but need to offer blueberry flavoring, flavored cold foam which is not hard to do.
