Lots of flies buzzing around—yuck ! Napkin dispenser empty as was ketchup dispenser. Fries soggy. Filthy urinal according to my husband. One soap dispenser in men’s bathroom needed to be refilled. This all boils down to poor attention to detail.
One employee was yelling pretty loudly and very rudely at another employee who was working the drive thru, they forgot my daughters drink with her happy meal but overall a typical basic stop at a McDonald'sParking: Parking on all sides of restaurantKid-friendliness: Kids play-place for children to play while waiting for food or when finished eating

Not great, but not terrible - just forgetful. Tonight was probably the 3rd or 4th time they forgot to put chicken nuggets in for my son’s meal. This time they forgot half of the 20pc we ordered. They claim they can only refund in cash if you drive back or they’ll write your name down for a free meal. Not much empathy on the phone, so it kind of seems like this happens a lot.
