I love briqs and always have a good experience. However this time when I went I got a rootbeer shake and as I was drinking it I kept getting these white plastic pieces in my mouth. I don’t know what it is but I couldn’t finish the shake. What a waste of $7 :(

I wanted to give the guy who was working tonight 12/17 at the Merrill ave location a HUGE props, there was a huge line and it looked like he was the only one there working. He seemed very calm & was taking the time to make the orders right. Thank you for all you do !

Yummy! This was my first time stopping here. Very good soft serve ice cream. I had a mini Turtle Sundae, while my grandchild had a mini flurry. They were both very good. Lots of added ingredients. I certainly understood why the place was extremely busy, despite the fact that they couldn't take any credit cards (their system was down). I'll be back the next time I'm in the neighborhood.
