I tried Honey Cake and Raspberry cake. Both were amazing!

I have been wanting to go to the bakery everytime I drove past it in Wausau. So, when I saw they had a booth at the fair I was excited to try one of their items. Everything looked so delicious and I had a very hard time deciding. I asked the woman who was running the stand (side note: she is so sweet and kind!!) what her favorite is, she pulled out a slice of strawberry cake and it did not disappoint! Over the last few days I have been savoring this slice of cake because it just might be the best thing I’ve ever had. The strawberry flavor is so fresh and the filling is so light and sweet. 1000/10 would recommend ??

This little bakery is amazing! The owners are very kind and really have great customer service! It was hard to decide what to get, as I wanted to try EVERYTHING!!! We decided on an eclair each, and an extra slice of delicious cake, along with a whole honey cake! Everything was so delicious!! The owners were very engaging and friendly
The store is very clean with lots of fun stuff to look at, along with a small play area for your littles while you wait. Highly recommend visiting this spot. We will make a special trip here every time we visit Wisconsin!

I ordered a honey cake and Americano. The honey cake was delicious! It has thin slices of cake between lovely airy layers of cream. Not overly sweet with a light honey taste. The coffee was good as well; it is freshly ground and a good compliment to any sweet!

My favorite place in Wausau for sweet treat! Delicious homemade cakes have less sugar than American cakes, so you can actually taste the real cream and ingredients. Boxes of Lovare tea, which I've never seen anywhere else, have four flavors in each box: green teas, black teas, bergamot teas, and my favorites, the floral/berry teas. Comfortable seating and board games invite you to sit and stay awhile. It's always nice to visit with Anastasiia, the owner; she's so nice and friendly and willing to answer all my questions about Ukraine. Shops like this near the 400 block give the area a feeling of welcome and community.

Parking: Lots of free street parking on the streets nearby, with some paid parking lots in the area. It's a popular area, so you might need to look around to find an empty spot.

The honey cake is perfectly flavored. My only complaint is the size - I thought it was a smaller slice for $9.

The hours are but of a miss, 9-3 during the week. Friday they're open 9-5 and I believe Saturday is 10-2. Pretty much only the end of Friday or a Saturday would be the only time I could stop in between my work hours.

The atmosphere wasn't very welcoming, I just popped over, but the slice and left. It looked nice, but it lacked the vibe to stay and try it. Perhaps if I was stopping in with friends.

I went for honey cake late in the day, so they were out, but I was able to get some homemade chocolate raspberry ice cream! Such a delicious sweet treat for a hot day! I can’t wait to try all these cultural desserts over time! Wish success to your business and your family! Welcome to Wausau!

Love this bakery! I have the missed European baking if my childhood and this is such a wonderful reminder of the flavors and textures of my childhood surrounded by my immigrant relatives. The family that owns it is so nice and inviting. It's a wonderful place with delicious food. How can you go wrong??
