I so want to give Wausau's location 5 stars, but the greed of corporate causes their prices to be super high. The food is fantastic, the direct customer service is always top notch and I've never had an incorrect order, whether eat in or take out. The last time I was at this location I had a weird experience. There were four workers - all male and all over 30 and I had the most fantastic experience ever. Older men seem to have the best customer service skills and make...

The 7 $ fill up is the only way to by food at KFC... do the math, sine how all other equal orders cost more for the same amount of food.... don't adjust we why they did this, very odd

Slow service. And not willing to put food in a paper bag. I asked the employee to talk to management about offering paper bags as an optional substitute carrier, they were less than willing.
