Went here on March 5, 2024(Tues morning) @ 8:40am.Went inside to order. Inside was very clean. I ended up ordering off the kiosk using an app because I had a coupon.Staff was very friendly and kind and professional. As a stated earlier, the inside was very clean. It was very busy at the drive-through window.I expected because on the way to work.It took awhile to order at the kiosk and figure that whole thing out. Any good stars given is to those poor employees who are belittled by a horrible general manager.McDonald's (Wautoma, WI)We recently witnessed a disheartening incident at the wautoma mcdonalds, where the general manager (Junior) displayed highly unprofessional behavior towards a teenage employee. They were not busy, I was alone at the order counter for at least 5 minutes. Every table in the play area was dirty. I asked for a wipe down of one table at least, a younger man came in, quickly “washed” all of the tables but missed much of the dry ketchup and other things on the tables.A good cleaning could bring this place back to an acceptable level.Food was good and warm at least.Kid-friendliness: Play equipment is clean and looks newer than most.
