Completely incompetent. Ordered a pizza online and when we got home realized the order was wrong. We called back to get a new pizza and the person repeated the order on the phone and when we got there it was STILL WRONG. Staff were messing around instead of working, worst experience Ive had BY FAR.

Today was my first visit to this location and will be the last one. The pizza was burnt and the crust was overcooked the pizza look like they forget it inside the oven. I order the pizza with extra cheese on it. I paid the extra money for for the cheese and they have a little cheese on it. Don’t be fooled when they run a special, you’re in the pan for bread they hardly put any toppings. Never go there again

Usually have issues with getting the correct order but today my order was never delivered and canceled right before they closed! That was the 2nd time my order online or at the store had been canceled today without my consent/conversation. I am in pure shock at today's treatment! Especially since the money had been pulled from my account

Came here because new berlins location was horrible so many times.. This place was so nice and the pizza was SO much better! Come here instead of new Berlin!!!!?

Probably the worst pizza and cheesy bread I've ever had. Hardly any cheese in or on the bread... and I ordered extra cheese on my pizzas but didn't get that either. I spent $30 for food that was a total disappointment!

Online tracker is a lie, it said it was ready for pick up, I got to the store ~10 minutes after that. They waited about 7 minutes to help me after I walked in, despite 6-7 people working there. And the pizza still wasn't even ready ready yet. I get you're busy, but there's got to be a better system

Placed an order 2 hours in advance and never received it. They said they delivered it. Then never answered the phones to even notify them! Never wasting my time again.

Please don’t order here. I’ve ordered twice. Taken over 2 hours to get each order each time, first time my food was left outside in the freezing, with my tracker still saying it was on”prep” …my tater tots were burnt, nobody answers the phone EVER. I have been trying to call all week. My second order was missing a whole pizza…I contacted online customer service and still not even a whisper. So basically they will rob you,
How can you call these bbq wings? You just sprinkled a little but of sauce and called it a day!?!?! This is obsurd. What an absolute waste of money.

I feel like no one -actually- works here. We received an incorrect order, my wife tried to call the store and continuously receives the automated message that someone will be right with her....then it rings....and rings....and hangs up. Yikes :(

Placed a delivery order at 10 pm, called the store back at 11 after it’s been an hour who ever answered the phone told me that the delivery driver is on its way it is now 12:39 still no food, but yet again they took money out of my account unacceptable and horrible customer service !!! Never coming back!!!
