Usually have issues with getting the correct order but today my order was never delivered and canceled right before they closed! That was the 2nd time my order online or at the store had been canceled today without my consent/conversation. I am in pure shock at today's treatment! Especially since the money had been pulled from my account

It's a takeout pizza place so I can't give it anything great for atmosphere or food but the manager was extremely nice and the guy who rang up my order was exceptionally nice as well. Had a little with the app nut letting us put our gift card number in but they had no problem with it at the store when I picked it up. Delivery guy was awesome! very kind, but unfortunately, on my third bite of the pizza, I got a surprise piece of hair! I did not order this topping, very gross. I tried to leave the review on the website privately but as I was adjusting the stars, it auto completed everything as 5 stars and then proceeded to auto submit it without me even pressing submit
