Excellent customer service
We came in to order food to go, after having a horrible experience at wingstop, so we order and waited for our food, got it and left. When we got home we realized we had grabbed the wrong order by accident! Apparently the other girl and I had the exact same name but one letter different, so there was a lot of confusion. Food was good. Service was not. We sat at the bar on a Saturday afternoon. It was not overly busy. The bartender, Tazz or Jazz, forgot to give us menus so we had to go find some at the server station. She was not customer focused at all. Friendliness definitely not a strong quality of hers.
