Excellent customer service
Come in on lunch hour, no one at front desk, ring the bell. Wait, wait, wait, wait, look in dinning room. Not a server to be found, nobody? Nobody comes out, so I leave. Crap service, crap atmosphere. Miss the old days for sure...
Never place an order from the app unless you have an extra hour. Three times I have waited an hour even though the restaurant is almost empty. Worst service and nothing like they used to be.
