Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. The food and desserts are wonderful, and the coffee is good when customers get what they paid for. However, mobile orders have had the protein cold foam left off several times, which is over two dollars each time. Some customers found a hair in a drink, and another got a stomachache after drinking coffee from this store. On a positive note, the staff is often extremely kind and friendly. One employee gave a little a cake pop for free and a free drink when the wrong order was given. Another employee at the drive thru window was one of the friendliest people ever, truly valuing customer satisfaction. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming at times.
