Some customers found a hair in a drink, and another got a stomachache after drinking coffee from this store. On a positive note, the staff is often extremely kind and friendly. One employee gave a little a cake pop for free and a free drink when the wrong order was given. Another employee at the drive thru window was one of the friendliest people ever, truly valuing customer satisfaction. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming at times.
