Sometimes it's a wait but it's only bad when other customers are causing more problems and not being understanding and making the wait longer. I guess no one has ever been new to a job and trying to do the best they can. People need to remember we are all human
Okay...this place is literally heaven on earth. The last location in southeastern Wisconsin for whatever reason (and that sucks!). They are ALWAYS BUSY. which is good, great in fact! BUT...besides being short staffed every single shift, the workers here prioritize the DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub online orders above ALL IN PERSON CUSTOMER ORDERS!..which to me is just absolutely RIDICULOUS. I gotta say this is the one of my favorite places to get ice cream. The crew members and the atmosphere is spot on. The customer service is amazing and very patient and understanding but most importantly they are very quick to serve you!
