I ordered the italian beef sandwich which I believed would come with a au jus on the side. While the sandwich was good I was disappointed that the au jus was wrapped in the aluminum foil with the sandwich causing the bread to be wet and soggy . The texture of wet bread for sandwich was a no for me. Dipping a sandwich vs soaked in the sauce are 2 different things. I also had to eat it with a fork due to the wet soggy bread breaking apart. Please put the "dipping" sauce...
