“5 Stars for flavor. This was the spiciest most tasty meal I have enjoyed in Milwaukee. It was like a melding of Thai and Indian cuisine. We ordered the beef kwe tayo goreng $16 and the chicken biryani $15. Unfortunately, the cut of beef in the noodles was SO tough and chewy it was barely edible. The chicken in the chicken biryani was an actual chicken leg quarter, which made it hard to share. Additionally, they go heavy on the carbs with the rice and noodles and light on the meat and veggies. However, it was so tasty I would definitely go back. The owners are a nice hardworking family. Lincoln Avenue is colorful and exciting, especially at 9 PM on a Saturday night! Just please keep your head on a swivel and don't linger and gawk like a tourist. Enjoy!“

Such an amazing experience at this JJ’s location who is ran by Riff and his family!!

Talk about cleanliness, the flavor, the excitement, and the environment.

I was headed home after a long day at work and nobody had cooked at home, so I pulled in and walked in greeted as if I owned the place and made a plethora of orders to try everything out!

So I was waiting for my food and I started talking to Riff and we had a lot of similarities and the smell just made me hungrier and hungrier!! Eventually they gave me my food and I never ordered fried okra well they gave it to me for free as an appreciation for eating there and letting them serve me and my family!!

Overall the Shrimp, Chicken, and Catfish are all fresh and out of this world seasoning!! Like bless the chef I’ve ate at multiple JJ’s locations and this is by very the best!!

“They had amazing food here. Loved the Chicken Karahi, including the sauce it had and the chicken and the karahi Masala. I would say though that I would like there to be less bone and more chicken. The place is also relatively convenient for taking transit is it is right along the route 54 bus and the Route 80 bus which have decent frequencies. Not super convenient for biking as the nearest bike lanes are on Mitchell street and Muskego Avenue and really is only accessible by biking from the west. If you are coming from the north south or east then you’ll either have to ride on side streets or in traffic with other cars“
