Creative and different profile beers - we did a flight - they make small batches of creative traditional style beer - owners and staff all thumbs up. chill and friendly place - beer geeks / classic home town bar vibes / what it says it is it is - basically it’s good, ( fries have an award, not sure about that) …burger was great / bun could be better / smash style ( yum) / ranch was real - and real good) ( veggies as a side option are grilled and great taste. ) for new places...
Another great West Allis brewery! Unique little spot packed with great staff, beer, and food. My friends and I enjoy exploring local breweries and this one was a hit! We stopped in late afternoon on a Friday, got beer recommendations and were happy with our choices. We were offered samples which is always nice. We didn’t expect to find a fish fry so had to try that. We tried the batter fried and baked and the fries and tots - all were delicious. There aren’t a lot of tables...
Walked into this out-of-the-way dive bar which turned out to be a dive brewery…happy surprise…we ordered the fish fry because it was Friday and it was West Allis…it did not disappoint…perfectly fried fish, homemade tatar sauce(onion was a bit much for me), fries or tots and complimentary apple pie shots…beer menu was interesting with seasonal brews and the smash burgers served at the bar looked amazing and will require a return visit…staff was engaged and helpful…fully...
