I bought 2 pizzas and one was fine, but the other i took one bite and it tasted weird, by the second bite I realized it was some kind of cleaning chemical i was tasting, spit it out, and threw out the slice. I thought about going back to return the pizza but it's not worth the time or gas. Needless to say, I had to throw out the rest of the pizza. At least the first pizza was edible.

Paid for 2 separate pizzas and they could not get my order right. They kept trying to remake the pizzas but I never got my stuffed pretzel crust that I paid for in the end. So disappointed.

Tonight was really busy and the employees did a great job! Everyone was kind, proffessional and happy with smiles. Cashier was a young Male who had excellent customer service, patience and a smiling face. Have not seen this service in awhile at this location. Keep up the great job workers! Few of the customers waiting were crabby and rude that was not fair to the employees. Have some patience west bend. Choose 2 be kind community. These kids, staff are trying from what I saw.
