First time I went there my order was wrong, and heard workers screaming and talking about her “scratchy pussy”. Second time going there, preordered food and hour before, had to wait an extra 15 minutes, and they forgot my drink. Asked for my food to be brought out to my vehicle, I had to walk in to ask where my order was. Menominee Falls Panera is 100x better. Forever disappointed
Slow service is an understatement. My husband and I stopped for a late lunch and waited over 30 min for our food - which in and of itself isn't a horrible issue as many restaurants are struggling. However, my husband went up to the counter after 20 min to ask and had to speak over a tray of food that had been there for 10 min and that other customers had reached/spoke over only to be told our order was 5th in line. 10 more minutes, the manager picks up the tray that's been sitting...read full review
