Great place for breakfast!
I have gone to Jessica's a lot in the past, I lived north of Belvidere for 27 years. I moved to North Carolina in October of 2021, but, I come back to the Rockford area at least every 3 months. When I was back in March 2023, I took a friend to Jessica's to eat. The menu, food and prices were like they had always been. We were both very happy with our food.
