Ambiance is not really pleasing. Inside looks very old fashioned. Noise level sometimes are extremely high. Overall customer service is okay except for one lady who whenever you want to order something she gives attitude. I asked for well done and they did not bring it well done and she was trying to go back & forth with me. Besides that everyone else is good. I usually have a good time when I'm there.
We sat at the bar before we were seated for dinner. The excellent service started immediately with the bartender. My wife ordered a glass of wine and the bartender that bottles were half off that evening. We then ordered the meatballs. They were the best meatballs we've ever eaten. I also had a glass of Sangiovese. The bartender refilled my glass for no extra cost. The excellent service continued when we were seated for dinner. My wife had spaghetti and I had veal Parma....
I love the food here and they have good gluten free options! It's a bit pricey but I'd say it's worth it to go once as a special dinner on vacation. The caprese salad is amazing! (also my boyfriend ate 8 breadsticks lol)
