Wheelchair accessibility: We go there because my friend uses a walker. It is quite easy for her to get in. She couldn't go alone, however, because the doors opened quite hard.
Forgets something in my order every time. Something else is usually made wrong as well. Also they make you wait to order when no one is in front of you. Not the same as it was 5 years ago.

By far one of the best experiences I've had at this Burger King. The girl who took our order was super polite and was very friendly. Food was very fresh and tasted great. The staff all around was very good.
