Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress

IHOP is a new American cuisine restaurant that offers a wide variety of choices on the menu. The food includes chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks and hash browns, but sometimes they come at room temperature. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the manager keeps a watchful eye on the service. The atmosphere is pleasant, with enough TVs to watch all kinds of sports. Diners can try the value menu, which offers smaller portions such as a $6 n omelet and two pancakes. Many guests report a great meal and a great experience. The service is often described as excellent, with staff who are kind and attentive. Overall, the restaurant is recommended for its friendly environment and tasty food.
