The employee at the drive-thru was friendly and courteous. However, the pizza had a large unshredded chunk of cheese, as if someone had started shredding it, dropped the piece, and never came back to finish the job. I had to manually spread the ingredients myself, even though the pizzas hadn’t been tipped or shaken during transport. There were also no seasonings on the pizza, which made it taste very bland—something that’s not typical for Papa Murphy’s.
Used to love this pizza. We almost got one every week. But got a pizza yesterday and brought it back and said there's no sausage. I was told it's just ground sausage now and that was a permanent thing. It's awful....let me know when you bring the other sausage back.
Food, service and atmosphere were great. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. The place was clean. Food is always wonderful. But the reason for the 4 star overall was because the app sort of sucks. It lags so bad, literally waiting about 45 seconds between each click just for it to select and move on.
