I haven't sat down in a Pizza Hut for a long time, just order online. We only order every so often, but the last couple of times, our order has been incredibly late. This last time was only an hour, but the food was still warm. I'm not one of those that complains about service, because I know they have a job to do, but when I order food at 11:30, and it doesn't get to my house until almost 1 pm, I have a problem with that.
Ever since I was a little girl, I have loved Pizza Hut pan style crust Supreme. The location on 8th St. in Wisconsin Rapids now takes me right back to those days. It is delicious every time and the customer service there is awesome!
We ordered from the new Pizza Hut for the first time this weekend. I placed the order online and picked it up at the restaurant. It was a very smooth experience. We were impressed that the wait time was only 20 minutes, and the food was ready at the designated time. The employees were professional and on top of everything, and the restaurant was incredibly clean.My only complaint is that the website wouldn't let me create a loyalty account. I kept getting an error message...
