“I had ordered pizza online for dinner tonight at 5:15, but for some reason it did not accept my time and they were delivered at 1:30. I informed the driver that the order was wrong and she took them back. A couple min later, she came back and said that the pizzas were on them per the owner because they would just toss them anyway. I would say that is great customer service. Will definitely be ordering from them again but will call my order in this time. Thank you!!”

“I went there last night. The bar is very big and cozy, with great staff! I had the filet and risotto, both were incredible- I went with chef Kurt’s recommendation- glad I did! You can also buy the kitchen staff a drink- great idea! Danny , the owner was there also- great people!! Danny explained some of the vintage whiskey he had there- great knowledge!! Be back there forsure!!”

“Recently played RSPGL on the start of our 4 day golf trip. The course was in excellent condition and played as advertised. I also want to compliment the Crosswind Grille. We decided to have a late lunch before continuing our trek and the food was deemed excellent by everyone. I personally tried the Ahi Tuna Taco dish on recommendation and it was fantastic! Great job Chef Melissa Nelson (and staff). You knocked that one out of the park.”

( Sandwich selected I believe not really sure bc it was modified to my liking)I was not explicit and kept asking questions and tbh a challenge for this worker at when I thought about it. I would have been like sir make up your mind already! NOPE THIS GUY WAS COOL UNDER STRESS and whoever was working at 3pm shift thank you sincerely for your assistance and patience most importantly your professialism to me and for outstanding shine for your store. “DePere location Listen, I've been coming Here since I moved to the area and always loved the bakery and quality of it. Customer service was usually spot on as well. NORMALLY, I do not not go on to bash a business that I generally love. But today I had it, since Mike has passed the quality just isn't there but I kept going and buying especially when family would come to visit. This time I was in on Saturday 10/5/24. I was asked how many I would be getting. I told the girl I am not sure but it will be at least 10 or more. Which It was, I spent 63$ in there. I came home with 2 large boxes and one small one because i wanted the cookie that i ordered to be separated. It was for my nephew that is younger. Those 2 larger boxes could have been made into 3! I will inclose a picture of the poor packing and now donuts that are mush and squashed. I don't want to be cruel and say it was their lack of common sense or was it laziness? 63$ and that's what we get? Is that how customers and your product is treated? Carelessness ontop of other things I could say. Perhaps I should have looked it over before leaving, but I think if I did the helper would have grown more impatient than she already was and probably damage my bakery even worse/more.”

Well to make it simple HIRE THEM. NOW!!! Not only were they incredibly professional, quick to respond, and a joy to work with, but the cake was some of the best I've ever had and that also applies to the cupcakes too! Very reasonably priced, great quality, what more could you want?

We got a custom kraken themed cake and my wife just lit up like a kid in a candy store she was so happy with it. So cool, super unique, we get complements on a very regular basis on just how awesome the cake was.”

“I like the chef salad. They cube the ham nice and small, but there is plenty of it. I want to try the grilled chicken chef salad. This brunch place is not fancy, but if you are in the area, it is a good place to stop with your grandchild for a kids meal. Wish they had wraps!”
