“Walking into Toppers Pizza felt less like entering a pizza shop and more like stepping into a one-person culinary universe. I immediately got the sense that the same individual was baking the bread, butchering the cows, cooking and processing the meat and vegetables, and running sales and marketing—all simultaneously. A true renaissance pizza human.

That lone employee somehow convinced me to buy a large one-topping pizza for $10, and honestly, I didn’t even put up a fight. The pizza was exceptional—fresh, bold, and unapologetically good. Add to that the hypnotic LED light glowing at the front desk, which felt oddly spiritual, and I found myself tipping without hesitation. When someone delivers both flavor and ambiance, you tip. Period. Thank you Trump for not taxing it.

Credit where credit is due: the food, service, and overall experience were unique, electric, and memorable. The only suggestion I’d offer—purely from the heart—is to consider taking down the proud partner SNC flag and replacing it with a classic “Don’t Tread on Me.” Same wall space, stronger energy.

All in all, Toppers delivered far more than pizza. It delivered character, grit, and a surprisingly soulful slice of Americana. I’ll be back. 🍕🔥“

“We have always gone to a certain town restaurant for their amazing chicken parm but the place was sold and it is not good anymore. We decided to try the chicken parm at Mack’s the other day and let me tell you this is my new favorite!!!!the chicken was cooked perfectly! I had over spaghetti and it had real shaved parmigiana on top. So good!!! My hubby was jealous of my chicken parm!!!“

“Went for the Santa experience and the experience with Santa was truly amazing we wouldn’t see any other Santa in the world! I thought it was a little disorganized as we didn’t know what number was up, but we figured it out. They didn’t start taking orders until after 5 and at first only one person. When the second person came out she was a bit rude to us when we asked if we could just order a pizza as the child with us was hungry as it was 430-530 so when we were told we would be the last one to order rudely we decided to leave, didn’t order nor see Polar Express which was a bit disappointing but we ordered pizza on the way home and had a nice evening. “I think this is the best sub I've ever had. Fresh ingredients and super soft fluffy bread. I recommend having self-serve napkins and water. The 1 employee was busy ringing people up and serving drinks and ice cream that I didn't want to burden them or wait in line with asking for napkins or water. Don't change the subs, they're perfect! 😀“

“Thank you Kaukauna Pizza Hut for the wonderful afternoon this past Sunday. My bridal party hosted my bridal shower in the dinning room. It was a hit! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 50 people. There was plenty of room for everyone & the buffet was always full. So many of the guests commented on how good the food was & how they have not been there in years. They will be back! The Kaukauna Pizza Hut is a hidden gem but I will recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to host a party.“

“AVOID THIS LOCATION!! My wife and I were in Green Bay looking at properties and had to be in Appleton by 8:30, so we decided to grab Papa Johns (usually decent corporate pizza). At 7:41, I placed an order with an ETA of completion between 7:51 and 8:01. I arrived at the location around 8 PM to discover the store clouded with smoke. I do not believe that the oven was properly working. I told the manager that I had an online order. He looked it up (I could tell at this time that they had not even started preparing it) and said that it would be another 10 minutes due to me ordering wings well done. I told him that I did not have time to wait 10 and just to prepare them normally which he said would take 5 minutes. I went next door to the wine store for about 5 minutes and returned to the store. Another employee came to me after several minutes and I let her know that I was waiting on an order. 5 minutes passed and I had still not been served. I spoke out to the manager who appeared to be ignoring me, and asked where my order was. He started getting argumentative with me and said that it had not even been 30 min. About 5 minutes later, I received my order and it was horrible! I had ordered a NY style crust pizza with Canadian bacon & pineapple and 6 wings. The crust was flavorless and definitely not NY style, very light on the toppings, and poorly cut. The wings were over-sauced and mushy. I will never order from this location again!!
