“We had a confirmed reservation at another dining establishment locally this past Sunday for a friends birthday brunch. Long story short they didn’t have the reservation when we arrived. “This is a nice Japanese restaurant, run by friendly Chinese people that serves great food, very quickly and sits in a strip mall next to Walmart. I have an electric vehicle and charge at the Tesla chargers around the corner and eat here every time I pass through.“

The real star of the evening was the blackened shrimp tacos, though - a perfect blend of crispy cabbage, sweet sauce, caramelized onions, and crispy seasoned shrimp. YES!
