The last 3 times we have went in and ordered food to go, it has been awful. My husband has got the same burger, which is the new candied bacon one all 3 times. His has been just fine. But our fries have been cold, and my nuggets were barely warm, and then my chicken fries were ice cold!I've worked in fast food for years and I know when to not serve something and make fresh food. I'm just disappointed.

Only reason I brought the atmosphere down was cause it was raining outside. I highly recommend this wendies the food was fresh, service was on point, and they let me turn my regular double cheeseburger in a pretzel bun double cheeseburger! Highly recommend, bless this restaurant Lord! Amen!

There was a nice cashier inside who took my order. The restaurant was clean. The food was prepared exactly as ordered. This is a Burger King at a gas station so parking for the restaurant itself is limited but there is plenty of parking on the side.

My favorite place to eat in Beckley... Always fresh and hot and I know the manager has worked hard to get this place full of great employees.
Restrooms were dirty and semi-functional, line for the men's room! Ordering and prep were slow, not enough staff on duty at 12:30. Burgers were cold, fries were too salty. Crispy chicken sandwich was good. Gas pumps were out of 87.
