I stop at the Dunkin Donuts in Beckley, WV that is attached to the Exxon. This will be my last time. I love Dunkin’s coffee more than any other place but I’m absolutely tired of the rude people that work there. They never give me all my order, I have to tell them what I got every time. I could lie and say I got a half dozen box of donuts and they’d give it to me because they can’t read orders. When I worked in Beckley I would get Dunkin once a week. Literally the only reason I go here is because I pass it on my way to and from work and I don’t pass starbucks. The coffee never tastes good, most of the time they try to give me stuff that’s not mine, if I order food I have to send them back and then they just crumple up napkins and throw in the bag all messily. Only time they’ve ever been wrong at Starbucks was when they gave me 2 lunch boxes for the price of one.
I heard your employees spoke to an elderly man today. I will not be buying anything from your location or recommend to anyone. The gentleman was asking for additional help and your employee was way out of line.
