“The receipt shows that I ordered my food to eat inside the restaurant at 12:26. I received my food at 12:50. That’s 24 minutes. When the server put my tray on the table I asked her if anyone at the drive thru had waited that long for their food. A manager came over (Amelia) and explained that a cook had failed to drop some chicken and that’s why my order was so delayed. In fact she went out of her way to apologize and even brought me a fresh meal on my way out the door. I went from leaving a negative review to leaving a positive review. Everyone makes mistakes. Own it, apologize and move forward. Now, I feel I need to put these restaurants on notice. They prioritize the drive thru and the dine in traffic suffers. Stop doing this, please. My dollar spends elsewhere as well.“

“I tried the new Cantina crunchy chicken taco. When I opened it up there was one bite of chicken and a pinch of cheese...and this was priced at $2.99. I complained and they made me a new one ...and it was fantastic. So I went away satisfied...but wishing it had been made properly the first time. Overall, the experience was good...our orders were filled quickly and accurately.“

“This was my favorite place to eat from here to NC,that i travel weekly and before closing one night the team was gathered around the window where i was tryn to wait on my order but a guy comes to the window and said sry we have to wait 20mins till we can get the ice cream to be fresh out of the bacon wrapped machine i didn't under stand he then explained the bacon was cooled from the ice cream in a special machine that would take 20mins so i said k ill go to the gas station and be back in 20mins so as i pull back in i notice there are no lights on and nobody in the store so he just lied to me to keep from making my milkshakes but that fine cuz i was spending over 300 a week there so somebody will feel the lose of me never eating there ever again!!! “I have visited This Arbys almost Daily for almost 5 years to get their wonderful shakes plus other foods, they have a wonderful and friendly staff starting with the General Manager , the Shift Supervisors, and the whole Crew, I know them and the know me,treat me special, they are just First Class all the way!, The food is very good too and priced right, can’t think of a Better place to spend my $$$. “Good, fresh food in a pick-all-your-ingredients style as you watch staff make it. Staff were great - especially the young man who built the first part of our orders. The birria was especially good - the steak was fine. I had the 3 tacos meal and did one birria and two steak. Next time I'll likely do all birria. The chips were hot and crispy, and the traditional salsa was good, but not exactly what I was expecting. It has almost a garlicky taste to it. Not bad - just different. The meals weren't what I would call cheap, but in this economy it's expected. My 3 tacos were $11 or $12.
Vegetarian options: Lots of beans and rice.

“I love BK, but I always walk away if the restaurant is dirty or if it has flies. With that being said, this was my first time eating at a BK since before covid. We are not local and decided to give it a try, and I'm glad we did. This BK was super clean, no flies, staff was friendly, and I saw a staff member constantly cleaning the dining area (Payton). I was able to see the kitchen, and it looked clean. I wish all BKs were like this one.“

“Today everything was on point. The food was excellent, the service was more polite today than most day. Wasn't full so there was actually some where to sit and enjoy the food instead of being to noisy and tables all dirty like most of the time. So overall I say A+.“

“Quick service whenever I've been. When you arrive you stand in a line and order at the counter. I always get a bowl and my boyfriend always gets a burrito. You pick white or brown rice, a protein (barnacoa, chicken, steak, sofritas, caritas and sometimes a special like El Pastor), then you pick veggies, and beans, and toppings like queso, salsa, sour cream, guacamole. It's seriously a lot of food. My bowl is 2 meals. His burrito is the biggest I've ever seen and last time they needed 2 foils to wrap it because it was so fat. Maybe it's because we say yes to too many items? I don't know but we get our money's worth that's for sure and I enjoy my leftover meal the next day.
It's very filling, pretty fast and we haven't had a bad meal from them yet.“

“WE tried the patty melts, she had the bacon and I the mushroom patty melt sandwich, both were very good and tasty surprising for a fast food joint. The French fries were hot and delicious

“Nice clean friendly and fast I even got a cookie for free also my sub is something of my own made up creation and the girls working there did perfect making it the only disappointment was the lettuce looked old n slightly brown and the cucumbers were soggy not fresh n crunchy but other than that my sub and the dozen cookies I bought were amazing“

“I placed my order at 12:00 am at the Buckley location in Dallas. I waited 5min and checked the app but the tracker was not loading so I thought the location was closed. I’m literally driving to eat somewhere else and at 12:35am I get a call from a worker named Zammy saying our order is ready. I felt so bad having them wait til after closing just so I could pick up my order. I get there at 12:46am and I see two workers cleaning and working, I believe they were keeping busy until I got there. I was greater with smiles and even laughs. Sammy and his team member displayed such great character, workmanship, and customer by putting me first on late Saturday night/ early Sunday morning. Thank you to them and papa John’s. Will be using this location for my future orders.“

“It was a pleasant experience. Got a 6 inch Italian BMT, I kinda feel like there was a bit TOO much meat on it though. Subway's prices have gotten a bit high, but I would still go back. Overall good.

“I went through the drive thru yesterday on the way to the UBB dirt track races, ordered a $5 fill up, was told that the 2 piece with side, cookie, and drink price is now $7.49, add tax, and total was $8.01. Quality was not a good value, small pieces of chicken, biscuit was cake doughy in middle, not browned, small in size, mashed potatoes and gravy had been reheated, Pepsi favorless, carbonated, watered down. I was hungry to boot. Expected a little more, not a good value, even for $5.“

“I'm going to give them 5 across the board as we have never had a bad experience until our last visit. When we went through the drive thru last time the young man manning the tablet payment system dropped it which meant it needed rebooted so although we arrived with no other cars by the time we got to pay several cars had driven through. I believe because of that issue we were given the wrong order, we had one single meal and received two kids' meals so we came back through. They corrected the issue quickly, and were very apologetic. We live near Lewisburg , so when we go to Beckley or drive through the area this is the Chic-fil-A we visit. Food is always fresh and good, place is always immaculate and the staff is beyond friendly. Seems to run smoothly when I am there, even when busy. Just that last hiccup in drive-thru. But they made it right and apologized, which is all I expect and very much appreciate. To anyone who thinks we should have been refunded as well, we were given the wrong order for free, which of course we ate and enjoyed, so ultimately, I always believe. If you want and will eat the free food, it's usually more than the refund would be. We were and are happy with this location and will continue to stop here whenever in Beckley. Thanks guys keep up the great work!“
