Convenient location, the employee that was working when I arrived to pick up my online order was friendly and helpful. The food was good and I enjoy the promotions. They must have recently hired new staff, the present staff is much more customer friendly.

The food was good, but the app (not the stores fault, I don't think) seriously misjudged the expected time for my online order to be done. I ordered at 1215, the app said my food would be ready for pickup at 1245. Went in at 1245 and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes before they got started on my order. I'm not sure how effective the training is there because the lady making my sandwich decided to ring me out while the sandwich was in the oven. Of course it took longer than 30 seconds and the sandwich was toasted more than it should of been.Then she decided to hand me cash back with her gloves still on and tried to finish making the sandwich after touching the money! I was like hold up, do you know how dirty money is? New gloves please ?
