This place is absolutely disgusting. No one wore gloves while waiting on customers. One girl went from handling money to shoving her hand in a giant bucket of plastic spoons to restock for customers without washing her hands.

Went there with my family today, got our cups and our ice cream and went to get our toppings, the lady there today (9/21) was very rude and told me she couldn’t give me toppings if it was already eaten out of (it wasn’t). I told her it hadn’t been eaten out of and she accused me of lying about it and very angrily took my cup and I asked for cheesecake bites and she opened the lid and slammed it down on the counter.
