“The employee taking our order was very nice and helpful with placing our order. Was sorta disappointed in the food cause it was cold. Fries seemed to be old. We were just passing through since we live in another state. I don't see us stopping here at least for a while again but because of the customer service we would give it another try.“
“I had a genuinely great experience at this Wendy’s and wanted to give the team some recognition! Austin took our order and was incredibly attentive, kind, and patient with us. The lady who handed us our order was just as kind and welcoming, and overall the service was wonderful.
The food absolutely deserves some praise too. I got the Dave’s Double, and I swear it was the best Dave’s Double I’ve ever gotten from a Wendy’s. The fries were just as wonderful!“
“Drive through gets my food wrong often and are very rude. I have had them throw my food at me. There was one with fake eyelashes 4 inches long that gave me the wrong food and I politely said this is not correct and she proceeded to smart mouth me and her coworker joined in. Horrible experience. I just told her I hope her day improved, I don't engage with trashy behavior....“
