“Small restaurant in a strip mall. Lots of pizza, pasta and sandwich choices. My husband and I both went with ham and cheese pub sandwich. It's basically a sandwich on pizza crust. It was very tasty. The only change I would like is more of a sub dressing instead of mayo and have chips available. The lady who took our order was very nice.“

“My husband and I came in today for the first time at the Charleston location. We'd been wanting to try for awhile. We traveled an hour & half. It did not disappoint! “I order from this Domino's weekly. I've given them 5 star reviews multiple times and told several people this is the best location in Charleston. Unfortunately, lately, they have been slacking. I don't know if it's new management, new employees or what the issue is but it's unfortunate. I hate leaving negative reviews, having worked in food service for many years, but if there's room for improvement I feel the store should know. I've had either a severe topping shortage, missing toppings all together, to overcooked-almost to the point of burnt - tots, chicken, or pizza. I feel like there's no excuse for missing ingredients; there's literally a check list of what the customer wants in their order. The rule of thumb I always followed when working with others food is make it like you would want it. If you wouldn't be happy receiving the order you're putting out, why are you ok sending it out? I will continue to order from here because they do have a good history, they are close by, and I love some Dominos but just be mindful it might not be up to expectations.“

When I went to pick it up there was a slight misunderstanding with what was wrote down, but the girl upfront was very apologetic about it and didn’t hesitate to make it correct and gave a discount on the order. I 100% understand mistakes happen and was very pleased with how it was handled. Everyone agreed the pizzas all tasted great.“

“Place an order here often and I can always say when I get my order from here they're always friendly. Of course I order it from online and occasionally I have to order in store. Sometimes they're really busy and no one understands why they are so slow but you have 20 orders coming in and out and see if you don't get behind a little bit I've only seen this though when everyone is getting off of work.“

“1st visit to Charleston, and after a 6 hour drive, we wanted to visit the Capital Market & enjoy a late lunch. We sat at the bar, and Hailey was our bartender. She is wonderful, service was fantastic, and our food was delicious. As far as the rest of dining experience, we packed up our food to go because of bar guests. LOUD, OBNOXIOUS, and their conversation was totally inappropriate (which wasn't private because one gentleman was loud enough for entire restaurant to hear). We wanted to complain, and also ask them to quiet down, but to our surprise we found out he is one of the owners (by over hearing his conversation). I wanted to really enjoy this establishment, read really good reviews prior to going. Now, I really hope someone reads this and finds a way to fix it.“

“I did the worst thing a manger could possibly do to another manager - I placed a relatively large order right as they opened on Black Friday to feed a sales staff of 40. The manager Jesus got started on it right away and when I called just 30 minutes later to ask for an ETA, he told me that the order was actually already complete!

When I got there, he helped me carry everything out and even provided plates, forks, and napkins without me having to ask!

Everything was fresh, correct, delicious, and fast! I appreciate the efficient service and we will definitely be ordering from here in the future (with more notice next time!).“

The last time I was there I promised myself I wouldn't go back bc of the rudeness, food was wrong and the employees were giving people the wrong food and bc they didn't make the whole orders. “My wife and I was traveling back from Gatlinburg, TN and had been driving all day. We live in Parkersburg, WV and so we decided to stop and eat about an hour from home. As we entered the establishment we was greeted with friendliness and professionalism. The food was outstanding everything was fast and fresh. The staff was great, they treated us like we was family. “My husband and I visited Abruzzi for the first time during Charleston's Restaurant Week. After looking through the participating menus, Abruzzi stood out as the most interesting choice, and it did not disappoint. We both ordered the braised short rib raviolo, the rainbow trout with lemon dill linguine and asparagus, and the chocolate olive oil cake. Every dish was beautifully seasoned with deep, rich flavors. We were truly impressed and will absolutely be returning.“

We ordered one of the specials and add appetizer to the order. So our total was $55, the special we ordered was supposed to be $22, there's no way an order of cheese bread is $30. Didn't realize the total amount until we were home and I checked my account, no receipt was given.“

“The Gino's on the West Side of Charleston is a hidden gem. I have lived in Charleston my whole life but had never eaten at this location. I may never eat pizza anywhere else in Charleston ever again! Super impressed with everything about this establishment! Well done West Side Gino's!!“
