Coolfont Resort is a beautiful place with great views and a nice room to stay in. The bed might be a bit hard, but there's plenty of space for your dogs to run around. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the grounds are well kept with plenty of free parking. The restaurant offers delicious food with reasonable prices and a variety of beers on tap. The new outdoor dining area overlooking the water is a plus, especially for dog owners. The shrimp poboy and fish and chips are recommended for generous portions. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
