“Fri 09-29 8:30am Every time I come to see where my folks grew up I need to stop here to eat. They lost our order and we had to wait almost 30 minutes to get it. My uncle wanted to go to Wendy's but I'm glad he caved. It was worth it but the employees need to communicate. Admit you screwed up, apologize, TELL me what is happening so I know I'm not sitting there another 20 minutes for no reason. Don't keep me in suspense and ignoring me. Not even a coupon for a free sandwich or anything? 300 mile trip one way but I would've used it next time. Good food tho. Friendly but dumb.“
