“Stopped in for a sandwich for my son while visiting family in WV. It was slow, I thought. So I asked them if they have been slow today but they indicated they’ve been slammed. Yet the place was clean and they all had smiles on their faces.

It was nice to be able to talk to them without feeling rushed.

“Granted it's a small place inside of a gas station but the food is good and the service is awesome if you find yourself in Ashland,ky find 29th street look for Clarks pump-n-shop in my opinion that's the best one it's always clean and has the best and kindest people working.

Kid-friendliness: They are very kid friendly I've seen them help kids find what they need their store runs smooth as butter“

“Always hot food... Which is surprising for fast food anymore... And the staff is friendly and fast -- even more surprising sometimes! Definitely worth trying to figure out the safety hazard of a main driveway trying to get into the place (don't be too shy to pass it and come back if it gets confusing -- it's not well designed in terms of traffic and safety)

“This Arbys location is slightly older but in impeccable condition. The restuarant lobby and kitchen are both immaculate and well-serviced. The restrooms are just as clean even if the doors are heavier than those on Tut's tomb. The food is fast food - but it is fast food done at its absolute best. I cannot recommend this Arby's location more highly.

“It was a nice clean place, with friendly staff. The only thing I noticed that was odd was there were no vents in the ceiling ducts that the heating and air condition come from in the dining room. Blowing onto the tables where you eat. Kind of seemed a bit unsanitary blowing directly on people's food.“

“The best Long Johns we have ever known. For years we ate here. We don't live in the area anymore and when we recently visited we did, sure enough, still served excellent food. Most of the Long Johns were we lived went out of business. The one in South Point is a gem.“

“This Dairy Queen is AMAZING! I've gotten ice cream cakes at this particular store for years, always nice but just a normal experience. They are clean, they have a good selection and are on my way home, it's a win/win. I had a fluke with Maiya's cake that she wanted yesterday, someone else was supposed to order it but didn't and I didn't find out until 3:00 p.m. ... I wanted to pick the cake up by 4:30 p.m. I just KNEW I was going to have to get her a different design. She would have been fine but she wanted this specific one. I called the store and the young lady that answered knew she couldn't promise to help without approval so she put the owner on. I explained what happened and how I know it might not be possible but turning 13 is important for a girl so if they can make this cake by 4:30 I would even pay extra. Not only did he not hesitate to help in every way, but he took my cake order and promised it would be done by the time I got off work, all while being busy as all heck on a 70 degree day in February. He even made jokes about the weather and being so busy. There was a stress in his voice but you could tell it was a good bit of stress that he handled perfectly. It really isn't common for most places to go out of their way for customers these days. They are sticklers to the guidelines, which is understandable. Normally a special design like the tye-dye pooh emoji needs to be ordered at least 24 prior to pick up... they helped me out in a pinch and it was done and ready to be written on by the time I walked up to their front counter. They had no problem helping me out at all and it really made my baby girl's day.“

Today was the grand opening under new ownership and new management.
Tried the Panther Paw and I loved it! It was massive and delicious! Would 100% eat again. I'd eat another one now if I still wasn't so full. Also, I probably wouldn't be so full if I hadn't eaten the regular hotdog first or chased my burger with a small chocolate shake. By the way, the sauce on my hot dog was actually quite tasteful. I'm going to have to go back for onion rings and cheese sticks. Perhaps a chicken sandwich. My sister had the chicken basket and said the chicken was really good.

Despite it being the first day under new management and everyone being anxious/nervous they did really well!!!“

“store is dirty looks like it hasn't been cleaned all evening. the dining room and the kitchen is nasty. it's been like this the two times I have been here. if the manager can't do a better job of keeping the place clean then he needs to be fired. the health department would not allow this place to look like it does“

“Our food was great. The employees were very friendly and the dining room was clean. My 8 year old was fascinated by the drink machine. To be honest, the drink machine is pretty amazing. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to rush my daughter so we could leave due to some other customers using terrible language. They were sitting fairly close and I’ll just say, they weren’t using their “inside voices”. My daughter doesn’t hear language like that at home and I don’t think she should have to hear it while dining out either. We will return to this location when we’re in the area, but we will most likely use the drive thru next time.“

It never disappoints . The food is served hot by friendly staff and always clean. I can say I have been ring that bell for 39 years.“
