Alfredo's Mediterranean Grille and Steakhouse

Had to repeatedly ask our server when our drink was and food. Each time the server would say “it’s just coming” . People who sat down and ordered after us got food and drinks quicker. Our drinks (one each) were served separately with unacceptable pause between service. Appetiser was served quickly but clean up and next course were over an hour and I had to ask twice where our food was. We ended up taking it away as we were then pushed for time. Paid eat in prices for take away! No apology from the resturant was made despite me raising it with the manager. I wouldn’t go on a busy Friday night as they cannot cope

Despite the nice live music, our visit was disappointing. Service was slow, with one overwhelmed waitress who forgot the complimentary pita bread — which was mistakenly added to our bill until we pointed it out. Drinks sat empty for 10 minutes, the lamb was gristly, and the rice arrived cold. For better food and service, we’ll be heading to Loudon or Montgomery counties instead of staying local.

Do not eat here. The food is horrible. They never checked back on to see if we needed anything ever and the food was absolutely horrible. I got a steak and it was fat rubbery and gristle for a filet mignon and the fish fry was absolutely disgusting. This is the worst place I’ve ever eaten

WOW! What an experience. I haven't lived in Charlestown long, and I had family visiting! Alfredo and staff made room for us, saw to everyone needs, and helped us celebrate 🥳 3 birthdays! Not to mention the Belly Dancer! What fun! (She was family friendly) definitely recommended!

Places absolutely amazing you walk in and you get a taste of Mediterranean before even sitting down coming from a cook of several years the food and service was absolutely amazing some of the best Mediterranean I’ve ever had my dad and I attended and are more than satisfied. We or from out of town, but will definitely be stopping on the way every time The service made us feel at home. Everything was very quick and they made sure to check on us multiple times.

We walked in at 12:35 and waited at the check in desk for 7 mins. There was one lady sitting at a table (no one else waiting or seated that we could see and it’s lunchtime) I walked around the corner and saw a man and lady talking (with her back turned to me). He told her that I was there. She turned around, rolled her eyes and put her hand 🤚 up and stated “UGHH!, I will be with you in a minute!”
We walked out.

A very eclectic menu featuring Mediterranean food along with some Italian American and French cuisine. And they occasionally have a belly dancer and live music

Absolutely incredible hole-in-the-wall Mediterranean restaurant in an unassuming location! You can easily miss it but don’t! The food is incredibly fresh and tasty and everything is must have. I loved the Sampler C, the kebabs, and the iced tea!

The Mediterranean cheesecake was SOOO good. it was very unique and the texture was so satisfying with a pudding and cheesecake mixture.

The food was SOOO good! Was definitely worth driving for! The lamb was so tender and juicy!!! The service was quick and the prices were very friendly! Loved everything about our experience and will definitely be back next time we’re in WV!
