“We needed something fast for lunch, so we shared the Luxe Box, which was enough for two of us to share to tide us over until dinner and was around $11-12 with an extra medium drink, so we have our gift card to eat one more lunch at Taco Bell for a quick lunch! Clean, fast, courteous at Charlestown, WV location, and were getting ready to put Christmas decorations out. Therefore, 5 stars for a fast food joint.“
“This is our second time trying taco mixto and we highly recommend it ! The crew loved the burritos! We will be back !“

“We had your food last night and it was fantastic! We make it a tradition to eat at your establishment early especially when we do our overnight in Shepherdstown around Christmas. Your food is always fresh! It’s the best around! We always leave happy and full! 💙“

“one of our favorite places, tastes just like fresh homemade Mexican food and let me tell you there is not many places in this area that serve actual authentic food, other places claim to be authentic Mexican but are in fact tex-mex (big difference) but this is the real deal 10/10 recommend!!!!!! todo muy delicioso la verdad!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Stopped in for lunch yesterday while driving through the area. The place is larger than it looks, and has your basic Mexican menu. My wife liked her enchiladas and I liked my steak fajita salad. Hillary was our server and she wasn't bad. Didn't auction off the food, but didn't check back to see how we were doing. Prices were not bad, and we'd swing by again when in the area.“

“Since moving from San Diego California to Charles Town in early 2000s I always missed the abundant access to local fresh Mexican food; near impossible to find the same un-Americanized style in the Jefferson County area. When I stumbled across Ortega’s and then finding out the Ortega family was from my old stomping grounds, I felt like I struck gold. Being a local boutique pepper grower I was able to share peppers with Ortega’s from Jalapeños to Chocolate Habaneros. I’m a burrito lover and will ask to change up the carne asada burrito by removing most of the rice and beans and adding more carne to closer match the Taco/Burrito shops in San Diego of straight carne. The also make one of my fav if you lucky enough to find packaged in the counter fridge “escabeche” Mexican Pickled Jalapeño and Carrots (Jalapeño y zanahorias en escabeche). Ortega’s to truly a gem of Charles Town so please stop in and give them a try, I wish the Ortega’s team many more years of success!“
