They didn’t have the most basic ingredient, rice, at a Chinese takeout. That’s grounds for a 1-Star review itself. Instead of giving you the upgrade to noodles for free, since they don’t have rice, you either don’t get the whole order you paid for or you have to pay $4 extra to get noodles for a side. Rip off.
Edit: just ate. The food sucks too. Go to the cheeseburger place instead.

The customer service here is lacking. The cashiers and cook are confrontational and not willing to make listed menu items. Then when you finally pay them $30 for food it is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Charles Town Casino needs to do better, we spend way to much money (which some do not truly have to spend) to be mistreated!!! Not coming back!!!

This is what you get for $20:
$16 gets you six pieces of dried up orange “chicken” that’s been re-deep-fried about six times and is tough and flavorless. The rest is rice.
$4 for the side of slightly burnt noodles.
Service was nice. But she lied to me and said the all the food was good when I asked what she recommended lol. She did admit she hadn’t tried it herself though 😂

First time being here where ZEN noodle was open. My dad tried the regular PHO dish.
The young man behind the counter assisted quickly but that could have been because he was the only patron in line at that moment. For the most part, they seemed pretty quick in getting orders.
At first glance: it looked fine. Nothing fancy that you’d expect in a restaurant. After all, the food stall is at the eatery.
Tasted the broth alone- it was light. No flavor really. Made me think this is the type of “soup” served in prison.
The dish had no flavor - hence the hot sauce and hot mustard packets that my dad put into the dish. THANK GOD for those.
For the price, service was meh. For the price, the taste was meh.
If you’re at the Eatery here, I’d stick with The Classic (burgers and fries)…
This place is horrible, waited 30 mins for food that looked like a 10 yrs made, and the Portions are enough for a 5 yr old.

The food was extremely bad. The Orange Chicken were nuggets with a drizzle of orange sauce and no Broccoli or any other vegetables. While the Crispy Beef was tough with 4 - 1/4" pieces of red bell pepper and 2 slices of carrots that you could read the paper through. As for the Fried Rice the only thing in it was the Soy Sauce.

This place has gone so horribly downhill. They pre-make half of their entrees and keep them on a steam bar. I got general tso chicken that jiggled like jello, the meat was somehow reddish underneath, with no sauce on it and it stunk. The breading had the consistency of toilet paper that had gotten stuck on your foot and soaked in the bottom of your bathtub during your shower. The spring rolls were so vastly undercooked you literally couldn’t bit through them.I hope someone sees this from the health department before anyone gets sick…

I was here today nuneyka was really rude to me. I'll buy a drink about a lot of food from there. She forgot to give me my drink when I went to try to get my drink they asked for my receipt but I'm not also asking for me to go to the line when I already wait for 45 minutes for the food.
