Arby's in Charleston

“A friend of my late beloved twin brother drove me to eat at this Arby's restaurant in Kanawha City. I hadn't eaten at an Arby's for many years, but this experience was positive: I liked the service, the cleanliness, the décor and the comfortable cushioned seat in my booth. The food was quite good, and my crinkle cut fries were crispy and tasty.

I had to use the men's toilet, and found it clean and extremely large, so it could accommodate a wheelchair.

I was pleased with this Arby's. The restaurant is well air-conditioned. There is a drive-through window that closes at midnight, while the inside seating area closes at 10 o'clock at night. Credit and debit cards are accepted.“

“Most meals are really good here but every bow and then you get a meal with dead fries or dead mozzarella sticks. We got the new box meals and by the time I got home 20 mins later, all the fries were WAY DEAD so you could tell they weren't fresh and same with the cheese sticks. The chicken on the sandwiches was over cooked, I didn't even eat mine. But like I said that was once out a bunch of trips. Also I don't recommend the steak bites at all on anything or by themselves, they are always burned black and hard as rocks so don't waste your money. Service is polite and only gets backed up every now and then. But if ya want fresh fries and cheese Stix, ya just gotta tell them. We will definitely eat there again.“
