The food and service is very inconsistent. Whoever answered the phone today should probably be given a different job. I ordered delivery, and it took an hour for my food to arrive, even though I am just a few streets away. My co worker ordered and received hers within a half hour. By the time I received my order, the food was cold. I tried calling several times to speak with a manager but the line was busy for nearly half an hour and I had to go back to work. I have enjoyed Dine-in often typically good atmosphere, good food and service.
I took advantage of free lunchtime delivery for the first time. Ordering was easy and good service from person answering. I was surprised at how quick delivery was ordered around 12pm delivered around 12:13. Delivery person was polite and professional.
I was pleasantly surprised that my fries were hot, crispy, and delicious.
