My wife dropped by on the advise of someone who lives very close. She went in there and asked for a bone in rib-eye. The butcher on shift sliced up a thick cut and wrapped it up for her. I cooked it on our Webber doing a sear and then cool side with the chimney over the steaks until we hit 119F. I pride myself in cooking briskets, pork shoulder (butt), chicken, etc. this was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. This is our new butcher shop for sure, could not recommend enough.
I love what these men are doing. If you aren’t getting your meat here, you are missing out. Their meats (beef, chicken, lamb, pork, etc.) are at least as good as their seafood! Do yourself a favor and stop by for a look. Red sauce, other sauces, stews, etc. are a bonus. Crab cakes are delicious. Salmon cakes too! This is THE place to buy your food!!

Wednesday afternoon I picked 3 Certified Angus Beef (CAB) Ribeye steaks cut at 1.5”, salted them and left open on a plate for 2 hours prior to cooking. Per norm, the service in the shop and freely provided cooking information was top shelf. I grilled them on a 700deg Webber to sear side 1 for 7 minutes, flipped and backed temp down to 500 for 6 additional minutes. We rested the meat 12 minutes and what an amazing piece of beef….. literally so tender, you could enjoy it Well...read full review
