Little Caesars in Charleston

“I live less than a block from the Little Caesars location at 5632 MacCorkle Avenue in Kanawha City, West Virginia. Because I work from home, I probably order more often than I should, and I almost always use the app to order the Lunch Combo. My most recent order number was 1133542.

Every single time I place an order, it’s made fresh and ready within about 12–15 minutes, which is impressive considering how busy that store is during the lunch rush.

What really stands out, though, is the day shift female manager. When I walk in, she almost always greets me by name and asks how I’m doing. Even when she’s busy helping her team, she still seems to keep an eye on the door and acknowledges customers coming in. The fact that she remembers my name and takes a moment to say hello really goes a long way.

That store is consistently packed at lunch, yet the team runs the place with incredible efficiency. Honestly, the pace and organization remind me of the speed and coordination you see at a Chick-fil-A drive-thru.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent service at this location. The team there clearly works hard, and that manager in particular does a fantastic job creating a welcoming environment while keeping things moving quickly.“

“Three months ago, this Little Caesars was honestly hit or miss—but lately, it's like a completely different place. The
improvement has been huge. The food is consistently fresh now, the pizzas actually look like they're made with care, and the wait times have gotten way better. You can tell the staff is putting in more effort too. Orders come out right, customer service is way more friendly, and the whole place just feels more organized. It's clear they've made some real changes behind the scenes.
If you gave up on this location before, it's definitely worth trying again. The difference in just a few months is seriously impressive. Great job to whoever is in charge over there ‼“

“Best and cheapest pizza in town! The only thing bad is the parking is sometimes full thanks to the bar next to it. The staff is kind and prompt to get ur needs met. It’s located across the street frm papa John right at the 4 way in cross lanes. I personally love the stuff crazy bread it’s so good!!!!“
